Can you tell me more about your warranty? Our warranty is a 14-day Dealer's Warranty. If you discover a manufacturing defect within the 14 day period, return the guitar to us and it will be replaced, or your money refunded. After 14 days, you will have to take it to a local music store for repairs, or contact the manufacturer. Manufacturers are responsible for all questions of safety. HotGuitarsTonight.com makes no warranty or representation as to the safety of these items for any specific application. All safety issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Change the strings frequently, stash it in a gig bag when not in use, and keep it out of the rain. Changing strings approximately every three months is a good idea, but of course, if you play a lot, the strings will need changing more frequently. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment options on our website. This ensures that all recognized payment options are available. (Sorry, no money orders or personal checks are accepted.) Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment. How do you ship, and how much does it cost? We ship by UPS ground shipping. The UPS calculator on the checkout page calculates shipping based on the weight of the item and distance to the customer's zip code.
