It is always best to keep your invoice, which you will find securely attached to the outside of the box. An adult signature is required on delivery. When it is delivered, please inspect your unopened package for damage, before signing. UPS insures the packages. If damaged during shipping, UPS will be responsible for your refund.
1.) If you return an item to us with dents, scratches, and obvious signs of misuse, you are not intitled to a refund. We know it wasn't shipped in that condition. If it has a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately. If the item is returned to us within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund or replacement of your merchandise. After 14 days, the manufacturer is responsible for all manufacturing defects.
2.) DEALER'S LIMITED WARRANTY: Eleca guitars are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Asheville and Spencer guitars are covered by a manufacturer's lifetime warranty. Johnson amplifiers are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Stadium cables are covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty. For all other products, you are covered by our 14-day, cash-back warranty If you should have a problem with your item, you may return it up to 14 days after purchase You will receive a replacement or a refund, if you have retained your receipt. After 14 days, you will need take the product to a local music store for repairs unless otherwise specified.
