Please read Dealer's Limited Warranty at the bottom of the page.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not 100% satisfied, let us know.  You can send your undamaged product back to us in it's original packaging.  All undamaged product may be returned for a refund within 14 days under the following conditions:

        *  Please call our toll free number (1-866-481-3804, or send an email to: customerservice@hotguitarstonight.com, for return shipping instructions.  Please do not try to return an item without contacting Customer Service first.  If you send it back without contacting us, and it gets lost, you have waived your right to  refund. 

        *     Packages are to be returned via UPS Ground.        
        *     Send a follow-up e-mail to customerservice@hotguitarstonight.com with your UPS tracking number.
        *     The product is returned in the original packaging.
        *     The product is returned in original condition. .
    Once it has been determined that the product is in it's original, undamaged condition, the retail price, and taxes,  will be fully refunded. Return shipping is not refundable.

     * Not in the same condition?  For product that is defective, please refer to our Damaged Goods Policy.  Then give us a call, and we'll work something out. 

     Shipping is by UPS ground, based on weight and distance.  Please inspect your package upon delivery.  Accepting the package implies that it arrived in undamaged condition.  Packages are insured by UPS, and require an adult signature on delivery.  Products are usually shipped within 2 business days after the transaction has cleared.  Shipment will be made to the same billing address in the Customer Profile, unless otherwise specified.  If an order is refused upon delivery, or is otherwise undeliverable at the shipping address given, shipping cost will NOT be refunded, (unless the item was damaged during shipping).  If undeliverable, (for any reason other than damage during shipping), there will be a RESTOCKING FEE equal to 15% of the wholesale value of the merchandise shipped, plus shipping charges.  Tax will be refunded.  Length of time required for delivery varies according to your UPS Zone.  In most cases, it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order clears  Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

     New York State sales tax will be charged on orders with shipping address is in New York State.   

    For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please call our toll-free number, or contact our customer service email before ordering, for your shipping cost to be calculated correctly.  Sorry, no international shipping.

   It is always best to keep your invoice, which you will find securely attached to the outside of the box.  An adult signature is required on delivery.  When it is delivered, please inspect your unopened package for damage, before signing.  UPS insures the packages.  If damaged during shipping, UPS will be responsible for your refund. 

 1.)  If the item has dents, scratches, and obvious signs of misuse, you are not intitled to a refund.

  2.)  DEALER'S LIMITED WARRANTY: Eleca guitars are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.  Asheville and Spencer guitars are covered by a lifetime warranty from the original wholesaler.  Johnson amplifiers are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.  Stadium cables are covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty.  For all other products, please use our dealer's 14-day, cash-back guarantee. If you should have a problem with your item, you may return it up to 14 days after purchase  You will receive a replacement or a refund, if you have retained your receipt.  After 14 days, you will need take it to a local music store for repairs.
